“iconic.” Everything is “iconic” these days. I am sick of the word now, from overuse.
“Gaslighting” is a legitimate psychological phenomenon, but these days it is used for anyone who disagrees with you about the basic facts of a situation.
“Narcissist” is another legitimate and helpful psychological phenomenon, but through overuse it is coming to mean anyone who doesn’t do what you want them to do for you.
