There are many ways to stay healthy in your life. First thing, you need to go easy on yourself and know what you put inside your body. Try to avoid fast food, with a good healthy daily meals and exercise you can achive good health.

Its best to do exrcies you love, for example you can go for a walk with you close friends or your loved one. Choose walking instead of using public transport if its a smaller distance.

Love what you do and move yourslef from place to place. More movement is good that staying in one place.
