To help young people develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to effectively manage their lives.

2. To help young people develop the ability to identify and solve problems, make decisions, and take responsibility for their actions.

3. To help young people develop the ability to manage their emotions, set and achieve goals, and develop healthy relationships.
