Because we (brazilians) play football since we’re kids, for fun, not with strategy and techniques as other countries. So, we develop abilities that are different from those practiced by countries based in techniques.
The same applies for sales, for example. The worst salespeople I’ve ever met work based in techniques, not in seeking connection with the customers as I usually did working as a salesperson, a job I started doing when I was 5 and quit when I was almost 30 with outstanding results.
Techniques alone are artificial, don’t treasure the natural abilities of each professional, don’t treasure individuality as something crucial to make a real team work.
