The first thing I would suggest is that please stop setting more than one alarm to get up. Decide on the previous night that at what time will you be able to get up no matter what and set the alarm and when the it buzz the next morning, instead of just switching it off, get up! Get freshen up and you will be active for the whole day and will never need coffee.
One thing I would suggest from my personal life is try to meditate for 6 minutes as it helps to calm your mind and also increases productivity. Please try to stay away from your phone or laptop for two hours after getting up. I can guarantee that you will see the positive results.
