Make a change and step out of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself and stay busy by taking on tasks you've been putting off. The three things that made the biggest difference for me were finding a more challenging job, prioritizing self-care through exercise, and expanding my social circle by meeting new people. These changes may require extra effort initially, but they will ultimately bring satisfaction and excitement to your life.
